Got a spare 2.7 million? Now you can have your own luxury underwater villa

Ever dreamed of having a secret, underwater villa? Well, in Dubai that dream is about to become a reality – if you have a cool $2.7 million dollars spare, that is.

Perched on the shores of Dubai’s artificially made island The Heart of Europe sits the awkwardly named Floating Seahorse luxury homes.

The three-story homes have everything you could hope for, and expect, with a price tag as extravagant as this: a man-made reef for diving, lux outdoor relaxation zone, a first level observation balcony, and of course, a bed that looks out into your own underwater garden.

Getting to the privately owned islands will be an experience in itself, with the only access via helicopter, luxury yacht or seaplane.

Developer Kleindienst Group has already sold all 42 villas on one of their new islands, with plans to continue the trend.

As Sebastian the crab says, “darling it’s better down where it’s wetter”.
